Excellent Trev. I was thinking about the Tao as well. The cirlce of life and death. Ebb and flow.

Trev and James,
Yes, I similarly feel this notion of residing at the center of the circle. There is an ebb and flow, but when truly centered, nothing much 'knocks you off your spot'. The center is quiet, steady and sure, observant of the swirling energy all around, but not drawn into it.
